About Dr.Osman Fıratlı

He has been graduated from Istanbul Medical School in 1982.After working for public services, he put Firatli Laser Treatment Center in commission in 1997.

In our country,taking out the acupuncture treatments to be known as weight-loss treatments, he provided significant contribute to setting acupuncture treatments in a scientific basis, performing medical electro-acupuncture and laser treatments especially in Ophtalmology and Infertility treatments.

In international congresses he had participated,he proved the successful results of his patients' treatments by reports from the university clinics and he took an important place in the promotion of acupuncture which has been applying in Turkey.

which are seen in Basedow-Graves(toxic goiter)disease with electro-acupuncture.

-Treatment of Strabismus of a patient suffering from A.Bronchiale with Laser.
-Treatment of a patient with Anovulatuar Syclus(high levels of prolaktin hormone and depending on this no ovulation) with medical acupuncture.
-Treatment of Grade 1 hepatasteatose(first grade anointment of liver)

In ICMART 2005 PRAQUE CZECH REPUBLIC World Congress,he gained the appreciation of doctors all over the world
when he presented treatment of optical neuritis by electro-acupuncture with all evidences.Optical neuritis,which treatment has seen to be impossible at the beginning,is a disease in which vision nerves lose their function depending on many different reasons and blindness occurs as a result.

(This treatment has also been presented between 9-10 October 2004 in 3rd National Acupuncture Congress with international participation in Cerrahpa~a Medical School

Between 7-9 April 2006 he has been invited to ICMART 2006 Washington-USA World Congress to explain the presantations:

(New Approach to Infertility Treatment)

Laser Therapy in Unexplained Infertilite ve Implantation Failure Laser Therapy (Treatment of depending on problems of immun system,failures in infertility and test-tube baby applications like IVF-ICSI applications with Laser Therapy) and Treatment of Vaginismus with Laser.

The same subject has been presented in 3rd National Acupuncture Congress with international participation in 15 October 2006 in a broader way.

Between 1-3 June 2007;
in ICMART 2007 World Congress in Barcelona-SPAIN,

He presented treatment of Retinal Dystrophy with electro-acupuncture,which is thought to bring a new perspective on Gene Treatment and stem cells treatment in Retinitis Pigmentosa (moonblindness) disease.

The treatments he presented were translated to spanish,french and english and published in Spain.For many times he has been invited to Spain,Germany,France and Cyprus to explain about gene treatments.

Dr.Osman FIRATLI has been invited on 10.October.2008 to XIII. ICMART 2008 WORLD Congress BUDAPEST/HUNGARIA and presented Treatmant of Retinitis Pigmentosa.

He has been invited to XIV. ICMART 2009 World Congress THESSELONIKI/GREECE to explain the same subject on 29 May 2009.
